Overview
TRX Training built its business on Amazon with suspension training systems. To scale beyond the platform and own the customer relationship, the brand needed a direct-to-consumer channel of its own.
The Challenge
Amazon capped both margin and customer data. Growing past the platform meant standing up a storefront and an acquisition engine at the same time, with no existing direct-to-consumer demand to build on.
What We Did
- 01Developed a standalone website enabling direct-to-consumer sales
- 02Built the off-Amazon transition strategy across store and paid media
- 03Ran full-funnel Facebook campaigns against the new storefront
- 04Produced creative built around product demonstration and use case
Results
Revenue grew from a baseline near 850,000 NOK to over 3.65M NOK at a 5.5x return on ad spend, roughly 4.3 times the starting point, with the new storefront carrying the direct-to-consumer channel.
